February 1956 Daishin Kotetsu Kogyosho is founded in Asahi-ku, Osaka, for the purpose of producing steel furniture

August 1959 The business is incorporated with capital of 3,000,000 yen and the name is changed to Daishin Kogyo Co., Ltd.
